Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from She Wore It Again through our website. Please read them before placing an order.

1. About us

She Wore It Again is an online retail business operated by a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

Trading name: She Wore It Again

Business address: [BUSINESS ADDRESS]

Email: studio@sheworeitagain.com

If you have any questions about an order or these terms, please contact us by email.

2. Our products

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Some of our products are printed or manufactured to order. This means that production may begin only after you place your order and we may not hold finished stock.

Where fabrics or other printed products are manufactured digitally, minor variations in colour, dimensions, positioning or appearance may occur between batches or between the product displayed on a screen and the physical product.

These normal manufacturing variations do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

You will receive an electronic acknowledgement after placing your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order.

If we cannot accept your order, for example because a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error or we cannot deliver to your location, we will let you know and refund any payment already taken for that order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment is taken through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment service providers.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and delivery information.

For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for local import duties, taxes or customs charges where applicable. These are not included in our prices unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Made-to-order products

Some She Wore It Again products are manufactured or printed after an order is placed rather than being held as finished stock.

A product being made to order does not necessarily mean that it is personalised or bespoke.

Unless a product has been made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, your statutory cancellation rights for online purchases are not affected merely because we manufacture the product after receiving your order.

6. Manufacturing and fulfilment

We may use specialist manufacturing and fulfilment partners, including Contrado, to manufacture and/or dispatch products.

Where a fulfilment partner dispatches an order directly to you, She Wore It Again remains the seller responsible for your order. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at studio@sheworeitagain.com rather than the fulfilment partner.

7. Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times shown on our website are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We will arrange delivery to the address supplied when you place your order. Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.

If you realise that you have supplied an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once production or dispatch has begun.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Your right to cancel

For most non-personalised goods purchased online, UK consumers have the right to change their mind.

You normally have 14 days after receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, email studio@sheworeitagain.com with your name, order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You may also use the cancellation form provided at the end of these Terms, although you do not have to use it.

Certain goods are legally excluded from the right to cancel, including goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Where an exclusion applies to a product, we will make this clear before purchase.

9. Change-of-mind returns

If you exercise your statutory right to cancel, you must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

You may examine the product as you reasonably would in a shop. If the value of the product has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund, as permitted by law.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning them to us.

Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.

10. Refunds following cancellation

Where you validly cancel an order, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods.

Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method that we offered for delivery to you. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we do not have to refund the additional cost of that upgraded service.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at studio@sheworeitagain.com, preferably including your order number and photographs where these would help us understand the problem.

We will deal with the issue in accordance with your rights under applicable consumer law.

You will not be required to bear return costs where we are legally responsible for the goods being faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

12. International customers

We may accept orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom where international delivery is offered at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Consumer rights can vary between countries. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

13. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the designs, artwork, photographs, written content, tutorials and other original materials appearing on the She Wore It Again website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing one of our products does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design or other intellectual property to you.

Products are sold for personal use unless we expressly state otherwise.

14. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under consumer law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a purchase made wholly for personal purposes.

15. Privacy

We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available through the Privacy Policy link on our website.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products, fulfilment arrangements or applicable law.

The Terms that apply to your purchase are those in effect when you place your order.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country in which you live.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
