How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet our legal, accounting and reporting obligations.
Order and transaction records: We retain records relating to purchases, payments and transactions for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. As a sole trader, we are generally required to keep relevant business records for at least 5 years after the 31 January Self Assessment submission deadline for the relevant tax year.
Customer enquiries and correspondence: We normally keep these for up to 2 years after the enquiry has been resolved, unless the information needs to be retained for longer because it relates to an order, complaint, dispute or legal matter.
Complaints, disputes and claims: We retain relevant information for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the matter and any related legal obligations or potential claims.
Marketing information: Where you have consented to receive marketing from us, we retain the information needed to provide it until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. We retain a minimal record where necessary to ensure that we continue to respect your withdrawal or marketing preference.
We periodically review the personal information we hold and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required.

This data processor does the following activities for us: Provides our website and online store infrastructure and processes and stores personal information on our behalf to enable customer orders, customer communications, website functionality and related ecommerce services.
Wix Payments
This data processor does the following activities for us: Processes customer payments for online purchases, including payment and transaction information, and facilitates payment authorisation and payouts.
Contrado
This data processor does the following activities for us: Manufactures and fulfils certain products on our behalf. Where Contrado fulfils an order, we provide the personal information necessary to fulfil and deliver the order, such as the customer’s name and delivery address. Contrado uses this information to manufacture, fulfil and dispatch the customer’s order.
